Job description
» The Customer Service Executive is the central point
of contact for our customers.
» You handle on a daily basis all technical and administrative
customer requests, and this both by phone and via e-mail.
You are their guide in better using our services. For complex
technical questions, you are supported by a number of experts.
» Additionally you are in charge of a number of administrative
tasks which require a daily follow-up: handling of incoming
fax/post, handling of cancellations.
» Finally, you will also be involved in a number of
more technical projects, e.g., bulk domain name registrations,
migration of mail accounts.
Profile
» You have a very strong customer orientation and
an excellent service attitude.
» Communication via phone and email is one of your
greatest strengths.
» You have a good knowledge of the Internet and MS
Office.
» Your colleagues admire your administrative skills.
» As a born problem solver you are able to handle
multiple tasks in parallel.
» Your Dutch and French is excellent and you are proficient
in English (both in speaking and in writing). Your mothertongue
is by preference Dutch.
» You are passionate about the Internet and related
services.
