Regulation: ethical code, fiscal law
As indicated in our previous news flashes, new regulations will most likely have a strong impact on the Premium SMS business in the months to come. MobileWeb expects the proposed Ethical Code to be approved in Q4 of 2009. We have also been informed about new policies regulating VAT in general and tax matters specifically for games by 01/01/2010.
